Charmingly Renovated Stone House is located in Cesara, in the hamlet of Egro, a small village nestled in the woods at about 600 meters above sea level. Egro and its surroundings are perfect for those who love walking, cycling, and hiking through the forest. The lake can be reached on foot via a mule track leading to Pella in about 30 minutes. There are no shops in Egro, so it is recommended that you do your shopping in advance. However, breakfast items, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, herbal teas, and honey produced in Egro are provided. All cleaning products are also available. The 70 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, one bedroom, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, a TV, two fans, and a washing machine. Please note there is no air conditioning. The holiday home offers a private outdoor garden furnished with a table, chairs, loungers, and a parasol. A welcome booklet on site provides useful information about restaurants, supermarkets, local attractions, and nearby excursions. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking. Due to stairs with glass railings and a raised, unfenced garden, the property is not suitable for children. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. Guests are asked to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and after 10:00 pm).
